		<description>Omega 3 benefits have been recognized for a long time, especially where it benefits the heart and the brain.  Two very important organs, no doubt:)  I wish they would NOT include omega 3 in food ingredients.  I for one would like to keep control over how much and what quantity of omega 3 I take on a daily  basis.  Great article</description>
