Natural treatments are indeed safe although that's not always the case but regular exercise and eating healthy can help with many of the symptoms associated with menopause.

Processed foods that are high in sodium or sugar should be eliminated completely from the diet and should be replaced with whole grain, low-fat, and low-sugar choices. Fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, oatmeal, and fish are healthy and caffeine, alcoholic beverages, and sodas should be replaced with lots of water, and unsweetened fruit juices.

If the symptoms are severe you can also ask your medical provider about it.

I agree that phytoestrogens may have adverse effects and it is essential to consult with a physician prior to starting treatment with phytoestrogens.Try to do this:Take regular exercise

Wear lighter clothing
Keep your bedroom cool at night
Try to reduce your stress levels
Avoid potential triggers, such as spicy food, caffeine, smoking and alcohol
