Hello~
My problem is sleeplessness while going through menopause. I cannot get to sleep or if I do (for one or two hours) I cannot stay asleep. It is affecting my job, my relationships and I am extremely irratable. I almost feel zombie-like....just walking around exhausted. My Doctor gave me a 2 week supply of a sleeping pill but does not want me to be reliant on the pill. I have tried over the counter sleep aids, natural sleep aides, taking a bath before bed, even a teaspoon of honey......Does anyone have any ideas?
